WAVE Program Brings Learning and Laughter to Seafarers in Buenavista, Bohol

June 19, 2025 – Buenavista, Bohol — Seafarers from multiple vessels gathered in Barangay Cruz for a day dedicated to personal and professional growth as the Work Attitude and Values Enhancement (WAVE) Program unfolded in an atmosphere of learning and camaraderie.

Participants from Pollux 5, Poseidon 10, Poseidon 17, Poseidon 19, Poseidon 21, and Poseidon 42 took part in the event, which aimed to strengthen positive workplace attitudes, reinforce shared values, and inspire a culture of excellence in the maritime industry.

The program combined engaging workshops, group activities, and reflective sessions designed to help seafarers cultivate resilience, teamwork, and a renewed sense of purpose in their work.

The WAVE Program reflects an ongoing commitment to support the holistic development of maritime professionals, ensuring that both skills and values remain at the heart of every voyage.
