Primary Trident Marine Solutions Inc. is a dynamic Philippine-based shipping company operating a fleet of over 60 vessels and growing rapidly. Its fleet primarily consists of RoRo cargo vessels ranging from 2,500 to 8,000 DWT, along with tugboats, crane barges, split barges, and deck cargo barges—all strategically deployed to meet the demands of a growing domestic logistics market. 

Over the past 15 years, Primary Trident has emerged as one of the most aggressive and forward-thinking maritime investors in the country, focusing on acquiring young, reliable, and well-maintained RoRo vessels that play a vital role in moving goods and rolling cargoes across the Philippine archipelago.

The company operates on a chartering-based business model, providing its vessels to various reputable shipping operators nationwide. As of today, Primary Trident owns and operates the following marine assets:

• 41 RoRo Cargo Vessels
• 6 Barges
• 7 Tugboats
• 2 Crane Barges
• 1 Split Barge 

In addition, more brand-new RoRo cargo vessels are currently under production and are expected to arrive within the next 10 months, further enhancing the company’s capacity and service capabilities.
